FOR THE CRISPY TOFU: 2 14-ounce blocks extra firm tofu pressed 2 tablespoons avocado oil 2 tablespoons low-sodium tamari or soy sauce 1/3 cup cornstarch FOR THE SESAME SAUCE: 8 green onions divided and cut into 1” pieces 1 teaspoon avocado oil 3-5 cloves garlic minced 1/4 cup hoisin sauce 2 tablespoons unseasoned rice vinegar 1 tablespoons low-sodium tamari or soy sauce 2 tablespoons sesame seeds 1/2 cup water 2 teaspoons cornstarch 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil

And these rolls are the kind of magic that makes 1+1 > 2 😋 the crispy chewy rice paper + ocean flavor seaweed + umami teriyaki tofu + homemade vegan mayo + fresh veggies = heaven~ 🍱 TO MAKE: • 8 rice paper • 4 nori sheet • 14 oz extra firm tofu • 1 carrot • 1 avocado • 2 cucumber • 2 cups cooked rice Homemade tofu mayo For the Tofu Glaze - • 1 tbsp rice vinegar • 2 tbsp soy sauce • 2 tbsp coconut amino • 1/2 tsp of brown sugar • 1/4 tsp ginger powder
45min · 4 servings     Recipe:  • -400g firm tofu  • Pat dry it and shred with a grater.  • -2 Tbsp soy sauce  • -1 Tbsp oil  • -2 Tsp cumin  • -1 Tsp Paprika  • -salt to taste  • Toss around, spread on a baking sheet and bake at 350F/175C for 30mins (give it a stir every now and then).  • Sauce:  • -1 onion  • -3 cloves garlic  • Fry in some oil until softened.  • -1 Tsp cumin  • -1 Tsp Paprika  • -1/2 Tsp chili powder  • -2 Tbsp tomato paste  • Roast 2-3mins  • -1/3 cup (80ml) pineapple juice   • -1/2 Tbsp soy sauce  • Stir it in and bring to a bubble.  • Then reduce the heat and stir in the baked tofu.  • “Salsa verde”:  • -a bunch cilantro or parsley  • -2 cloves garlic  • -4 Tbsp vegan yogurt   • -4 Tbsp vegan mayo  • -1/2 lemon  • -1 Tsp cumin  • -1 Tsp agave  • -salt to taste  • Ble
