Diet developed by nutritionist JJ Virgin. Eliminate 7 foods for 7 days/lose 7 lbs. - eliminate - dairy, eggs, gluten, soy, peanuts, corn, sugar/sugar substitutes. Swap out these as needed in recipes.
After 3 weeks challenge in gluten, dairy and eggs, only for 4 days each on 3 separate weeks to determine if you can tolerate them. Eliminate sugar/soy/peanuts/corn 95% of the time for life.
