We had a lot of light so shooting was just a blast. shot this with a 400mm lens at f2.8. That lens is a beast to carry around since it weighs over 10 pounds. My shoulders were sore after carrying it around for a couple of hours. Each picture in this set was shot with the 400mm so it is a fairly versatile lens.

Ethopian Walia Ibex. The Ibex is a wild goat of mountain habitats. They are very agile and hardy, able to climb on bare rock, survive on sparse vegetation,They can be distinguished from the genus Ovis, which includes sheep, by the presence of scent glands close to the feet, in the groin, and in front of the eyes, and the absence of other facial glands, and by the presence of a beard in the males, and of hairless calluses on the knees of the forelegs.
