Recipe is so easy - - Take 1/2 kg Amla (gooseberry) and steam cook till Amla gets tender (on medium flame takes 10-15 min or you can steam in pressure cooker too)- Now separate the seeds and amla flesh- In a Pan, take 1 tbs oil, add 1 tbs Panch phoron (mixture of fenugreek seed, nigella seed, cumin Seed, black mustard seed and fennel seed in equal part)- then 1 tsp whole coriander seeds- some asafoetida (hing powder)- then add steamed amla and saute nicely for 5 minutes - then add 1/2 cup jaggery (can add more if you prefer more sweet)- Cook it on medium flame till jaggery gets melted and mixture becomes little thick(7 min Amla Chutney, Amla Recipes, Indian Pickle Recipe, Haldi Powder, Fenugreek Seed, Food Magic, Breakfast Recipes Indian, Chaat Recipe, Cooking Recipes Healthy
