Also - the peanut butter centre is a non negotiable, sorry ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ▫️ 50g instant oats - @myprotein ▫️ 30g salted caramel soy protein - @myprotein ▫️ 180ml milk (use less if you use whey protein) ▫️ 1 tsp baking powder ▫️ most of a banana, mashed (save some coins for decoration) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ▫️ Banana coins ▫️ Natural PB - @myprotein ▫️ Dark chocolate chips ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 👩‍🍳 just bake in the oven (180 degrees) for 18-20 mins, top/fill as you please and you’re good to go!
