After making Bourbon brownies it only seemed right that I had a go at Custard Cream blondies.

These are the sweeter and even squidgier sibling to my bourbon brick brownies. Made in exactly the same way but using white chocolate and custard creams, plus a spoonful of custard cream powder🤗

100g salted butter
2 tbsp golden syrup
200g golden caster sugar
