The holidays are a time for BAKING, and while most people dabble into gingerbread houses and sugar cookies, I wanted to share some of my favourite Christmas CAKES that I’ve made over the year…

This is a chocolate mudcake covered in vanilla buttercream and decorated with green buttercream. This is based on the same idea that I used for my Christmas cupcakes. It was for a customer who didn't want a traditional fruit cake and as it is buttercream decoration it went in the freezer to come out on Christmas Day.
