The suit was crafted with foam sheets, black plasti-dip rubber spray, custom made gloves, boot spats, a machine sewn cape and a customized Rubie's Batman Returns cowl, that were cast so small, I only had to tailor the mouth opening a bit, to fit his little jaw line. :)
