Ingredients:
-4 slices prosciutto
-8 ounces goat cheese, room temperature
-4 ounces whipped cream cheese, room temperature 
-2 tablespoons olive oil
-1 teaspoon kosher salt
-1-2 tablespoons granulated sugar
-1/4 cup roasted & salted pistachios, roughly chopped
-5 seedless dates, chopped into small pieces
-1/4 cup pomegranate arils 
-toasted crusty bread, for serving 

Directions:
-Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place slices of prosciutto spaced apart on a foil lined baking sheet, and bake for 10-15 minutes, until crispy.
-In a food processor, add in goat cheese, cream cheese, olive oil, and salt. Pulse until very smooth, creamy, and fluffy.
