Here is an additional reel to answer some of the questions from my last reel that went viral! I tried to keep this as simple as possible, I hope it helps other painters out there. It's hard to condense something like this into 45 seconds. Yes you can use 2 colors, or more than 3, and the shape doesn't have to be a triangle. Experiment and see what you can come up with! Have fun.

Sometimes before jumping into a painting it can be helpful (and fun) to do a quick palette test to see what your color options are. Everyone has a slightly different way of creating these. You could use a hexagon shape, or triangle, or start with a different number of colors. It's up to you.

Description I'm learning both color and composition with these little paintings. The limited color choices force me to think outside of the box while I start to understand how each color interacts with each other. And the composition part is pretty simple, haha. I plan to keep doing these, they're actually quite helpful! Not to mention like, really super fun.
