Worry Jail, Worry Jar. Help students self-regulate, relieve anxiety, and move students up the Maslow pyramid. This new take on the worry jar comes with worry jail posters, and a protocol on how to converse with students about their worries. Students write their worries on a slip of paper, and lock it away.
