Ingredients: Chicken Thighs - 6 Bell Pepper - 2 Carrots - 4 Brussel Sprouts - 1lb Yellow Onion - 1 Red Onion - 1 Broccoli - 2 Salt Pepper Garlic Powder Italian Seasoning Zesty Italian Dressing - 3 Directions: 1. Start by prepping all your veggies. Slice peppers into strips, chop carrots into bite size pieces, trim peel and slice Brussel sprouts and slice two onions. I also added chopped broccoli. 2. Add all the veggies to a large bowl and season with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Pour in one bottle of zesty Italian seasoning and mix. Allow to marinate. 3.
