This time with a sweeter option, perfect for breakfast or a sweeter snack😋 Blueberries and dark chocolate are both rich in polyphenols which have antioxidant properties. These ingredients also bring a natural sweetness to the bread without the need for added sugar!🫐🍫 🛒YOU’LL NEED ✔️200g oats ✔️300g cottage cheese ✔️40g dark chocolate chips ✔️2 tbsp of pumpkin seeds ✔️100g blueberries ✔️1/2 tbsp baking powder ✔️2 eggs 👩‍🍳RECIPE 1️⃣ Mix all the ingredients together in one bowl 2️⃣ Shape as a bread in a baking tray lined with parchment paper 3️⃣ Bake for 60 minutes at 180C.
