What is JIM

Four things to know.

01 / 04

Container-native, deployed in minutes

Single Docker Compose stack. No application servers, middleware, or database installation. Stand up a working instance on a developer laptop, in a data centre, or in an air-gapped environment with one command.

02 / 04

Two deployment patterns, one platform

Run JIM as a centralised identity fabric for the whole organisation, or as lightweight edge instances scoped to bounded synchronisation problems. Same platform, same operational model, deployed in minutes either way.

03 / 04

Identity as Code

Full platform configuration via PowerShell and JCL (JIM Configuration Language). Repeatable, version-controlled, auditable. Templated edge deployments and incremental migration from legacy platforms become genuinely practical.

04 / 04

Source-available and air-gap ready

Inspect the source, verify the behaviour, assess the security posture independently. Every capability works fully offline. No internet connectivity required at any point in the lifecycle.

Status & roadmap

Honest about where the project is.

JIM is fast approaching its first production release. v0.9 stabilisation is in progress, hardening the synchronisation engine and maturing the architecture for production. Roadmap milestones progress through v0.9 stabilisation, v1.0 ILM completion, v1.x connectors, and v2.0 IGA foundation.

Early Access Programme

JIM is fast approaching its first production release. The Early Access Programme gives organisations evaluating JIM the opportunity to deploy ahead of v1.0, with direct access to the development team and influence over the roadmap.

Get in touch
01

Direct access to the development team

Working sessions with the engineers building JIM, not a sales engagement.

02

Influence over the roadmap

Your real-world deployment shapes priorities ahead of v1.0 and v1.x connectors.

03

Migration support

Hands-on assistance moving from legacy IDM platforms - Identity as Code makes this practical.

04

Long-term partnership

Early adopters become reference customers and shape the platform's strategic direction.
