about
Hi, I’m Harshit. The one you call when the cluster is crying.
I’m an infrastructure engineer who spends most days orchestrating Kubernetes clusters, writing Infrastructure as Code, and occasionally making production environments cry, then fixing them. Right now I build infrastructure for AI at TrueFoundry. I’ve been breaking and repairing production systems for over a decade.
It started with C in college, moved to Python for scripts, then a long stretch in love with Kotlin and Android, and somehow landed in the chaos of DevOps and infrastructure. These days I tame containers, debug distributed systems, harden networks, cut cloud bills, and build the plumbing that lets AI features actually ship.
I write about the craft too, including the Lazy SRE series on getting the most security and reliability out of the fewest high-leverage changes. That approach runs through every engagement here. Find the real root cause, fix it properly, and leave your team able to own it after I’m gone.
When I’m not debugging why a pod is in CrashLoopBackOff, you’ll find me poking at radio frequencies with an SDR, hacking hardware with a Flipper Zero, training a Pwnagotchi, or reminding an hourglass how long a deploy actually takes.
