Recorded during the COVID-19 pandemic between Gallow Wood Media and Unit One Studios, After Extinction is the band's 5th album. The album charted upon release, reaching number 85 on the Official Album Charts (album downloads).

The album is housed in a Super Jewel Case and contains a full colour booklet (with lyrics). These are more resilient than the regular Jewel cases and are typically more resilient to scratches and damage than the traditional CD case.
