We Mean Remote
100% remote. Work from a beach, mountain top, or your living room. No micro-management here. If we hire you then we trust you.
Compassion Is Badass Fund
We're a community of humans that believes lifting others up is one of the most important and rewarding things we can do. We believe in & support boots-on-the-ground social impact causes and we offer a fund for just that. We're all in this together.
A Better Me
We offer an annual stipend that can be used for anything that helps you become a better you. Period. From health and wellness (gym memberships, sound healing, etc.), to professional growth (online courses, in-person events, etc.), to necessary gear (new keyboards, mountain hiking boots, etc.). If it's helping you become a better you, then that's money well invested.
Fresh Kake
We love surprises. From easter eggs to member-only premium apparel drops to custom "welcome to the world new little human" deliveries. Gratitude is one of Kake's core pillars and we aim to show it.
