Terms of Service
Last updated: August 7, 2026
Oh wow, you're actually reading this. Sick, we didn't think anybody would.
Our core principle: Be authentic
The most important thing on Keo is authenticity and trust. We want every interaction to be real. When someone messages you, they believe they're talking to you. When someone buys your shares, they're investing in you. Breaking that trust breaks the website. We take this seriously, and these terms exist to protect that trust.
1. Who we are
These terms are between you and Keo Platforms LLC ("Keo," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using Keo in any way, you're agreeing to these terms. If you don't agree, no hard feelings — just don't use the site.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Keo. No exceptions. By signing up, you're telling us you're 18+. If we find out you're not, we'll delete your account immediately.
3. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login details safe. If someone else uses your account, that's on you. Don't share your password, don't use someone else's account, and let us know immediately if you think your account got compromised.
You can delete your account anytime on the account deletion page. We'll remove your personal info and posts. Some content may linger in backups for a bit, but it won't be publicly accessible.
4. Content rules
Here's what's not allowed on Keo:
- AI-generated content. Everything you post must be created by a real human — you.
- Copyright infringement. Only post stuff you own or have permission to post.
- Illegal content. If it's against the law, it doesn't belong here.
- Harassment, doxxing, or threats. Don't be a jerk.
- Impersonation. Don't pretend to be someone you're not.
- Spam, scams, or phishing. Seriously, just don't.
- Third-party chatting. You must do your own chatting. Hiring agencies, assistants, or third-party services to impersonate you and interact with your audience is strictly forbidden. Your audience deserve to talk to you, not a paid ghostwriter. Violating this will result in an immediate ban.
If you're posting adult content, you must have verified consent from everyone featured in it, and you must keep records proving that. We may ask for proof at any time.
We get to decide what crosses the line. If we think your content violates these rules, we'll take it down. Repeated or serious violations may get your account suspended or banned — at our discretion.
CSAM detection. All content uploaded to Keo is automatically scanned for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) using Bunny.net's content safety filter. Any match is immediately blocked and reported to law enforcement authorities.
5. Your content, your rights
You own your content. Full stop. When you post on Keo, you grant us a license to host, display, and distribute that content on the platform. We need this license to actually show your posts to other users. We won't sell your content or license it to third parties for their own use.
We may also use your publicly posted content to promote Keo itself — for example, in screenshots of the platform shared on social media, in app store listings, or in marketing materials. We'll only use content that's already visible to the public, and we won't put paywalled or private content in marketing. If you'd rather we didn't feature your content in our promos, just email us and we'll stop.
This license ends when you delete your content or your account. At that point we stop showing it — though copies already viewed or shared by other users within Keo may persist, and we can't claw back marketing materials that are already out in the wild (we'll stop using your content going forward, but we can't un-tweet a tweet).
6. Payments & revenue sharing
When you earn money on Keo, we take a cut as described at the time of the transaction. Your shareholders may also receive a share of your earnings, according to the amount of shares they hold.
We process payments through integrations with banking and payment services. Transactions are handled directly between you and the payment provider. We don't collect or store your full payment credentials ourselves. Payout timelines, minimum thresholds, and fees will be shown in your dashboard.
Most purchases on Keo are final. See our Refund Policy for the full breakdown of when refunds may apply.
Chargebacks suck. If someone disputes a payment to you and we're forced to refund it, we'll deduct that amount from your balance. If your balance goes negative, you agree to pay us back.
7. Copyright complaints (DMCA)
If you believe someone posted your copyrighted content on Keo without permission, email us at legal@keo.me with: (a) a description of the copyrighted work, (b) a link to where it appears on Keo, (c) your contact info, and (d) a statement that you're the owner (or authorized to act for them). We'll take it down promptly.
8. Third-party services
Keo relies on third-party services to function — like our hosting provider (HostHatch), CDN (Bunny.net), and OAuth providers (Google, TikTok). We're not responsible for their uptime or actions, but we pick them carefully. See our Privacy Policy for details.
9. We can change these terms
As Keo grows, these terms might change. If we make a big change, we'll let you know — probably with a banner on the site or an email. Continuing to use Keo after changes are posted means you accept them. If you don't like the new terms, your move is to delete your account.
10. No warranties (sorry)
Keo is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We don't make any guarantees — not about uptime, not about making money, not about anything. We're working hard to make Keo great, but sometimes things break.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Keo Platforms LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or loss of goodwill — arising from your use of Keo, even if we were warned this might happen. Our total liability to you for anything related to these terms won't exceed the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months. If you haven't paid us anything, our liability is limited to the minimum amount permitted by applicable law.
12. Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. If we end up in a dispute, we'll try to work it out informally first — just email us. If that doesn't work, any legal action goes to the courts of Vietnam.
13. Closing thoughts
Keo is built on the idea that creators should own their relationship with their audience. These terms exist to protect that — for you, for your audience, and for us. If anything here is unclear, or if you just want to chat, reach out at hello@keo.me.
