I'm Keda Che — a venture builder with 10+ years across AI products, stablecoins, blockchain infrastructure, and consumer hardware. From Harvard's innovation ecosystem and IDEO to founding and leading ventures across the US, Singapore, Hong Kong, and China.
LLM products, AI agents, prompt & context engineering, AI-assisted healthcare and science.
Stablecoins, agentic commerce, tokenized deposits, cross-border payments, on-chain intelligence, DeFi.
Venture theses, fundraising narratives, team formation, commercialization roadmaps.
Consumer hardware, DePIN, embedded systems, supply-chain traceability, enterprise blockchain.
Technology changes the carrier, the speed, and the instruments. Beneath every unprecedented wave, familiar structures keep running the show.
Read insightA practical framework for reading markets as systems—where timing, collective belief, and capital determine what can become real.
Read insightBounded authorization for AI agents — delegatable capability tokens with cascading revocation and spend-policy verdicts; live API, merged into Project NANDA.
AI-assisted platform helping dog families navigate cancer care and mRNA vaccine-design workflows — built as a nonprofit with open tools, not a business monetizing desperation.
Venture thesis and ASTRA-Tx platform connecting AI, translational pharmacology, and space biology — including a space-pharmacology white paper.
Led zero-to-one product, architecture, and delivery for a Hong Kong dollar stablecoin cross-border settlement pilot.
Theory-grounded LLM product built on a 500,000-character corpus with custom memory and retrieval mechanisms; launched across web and mobile.
Telegram mini-app discovery and voting platform — zero to ~100,000 users in two months, ~50,000 identity NFTs issued.
Consumer private-cloud device combining storage, blockchain nodes, and token incentives — nearly 10,000 units produced and sold globally.
Fully custom second-generation private-cloud platform, now repositioned as a consumer AI-agent appliance concept (OpenClaw / Hermes).
Grew an early prototype into a DAO governance, treasury-management, and ecosystem-participation platform for the aelf ecosystem.
Blockchain provenance solution for Chow Tai Fook, tracking diamonds from mine to consumer for transparency and anti-counterfeiting.
Bitcoin OP_RETURN-based IP timestamping platform; backed by Boost VC and covered by CoinDesk.
A storytelling platform that curates a user's key life moments and makes them permanent for future generations. Prototyped at IDEO in collaboration with Fidelity Future Lab.
Building a portfolio of AI-native products and venture concepts across healthcare, biotech, space pharmacology, consumer hardware, and agent-based commerce.
Led a cross-functional team delivering a HKD stablecoin pilot for cross-border card payments and merchant settlement, engaging JETCO, Cyberport, and HKMA-related stakeholders.
Led zero-to-one AI and ecosystem products across DAO infrastructure, Telegram mini-apps, LLM products, and on-chain intelligence.
Founded a private research community; researched 1,000+ crypto projects annually and developed a CNL investment framework.
Built a 30-person consumer-hardware and decentralized-infrastructure venture; raised ~US$16M and shipped nearly 10,000 devices worldwide. Also lectured on blockchain and digital finance at Harbin Institute of Technology, Shenzhen.
Enterprise blockchain consulting and venture incubation — clients and engagements spanning Chow Tai Fook, BGI Genomics, Hainan Airlines, and government stakeholders; raised tens of millions of RMB across three rounds.
Built a Bitcoin-based IP timestamping platform after training in IDEO's human-centered design methodology at the Bits + Blocks Lab with Fidelity, Citi, Harvard and Ethereum Foundation.
My career began at Harvard's innovation ecosystem and IDEO, where I learned human-centered design while exploring early blockchain applications with institutional partners like Fidelity Future Lab, Citi Ventures and Ethereum Foundation.
Since then, I've founded and led ventures across enterprise blockchain, consumer hardware, DePIN, digital assets, stablecoins, DAO, AI products, AI-assisted healthcare, and AI-for-Science initiatives.
My core strength: identifying a frontier technology shift before it becomes mainstream, recruiting the right experts, converting fragmented signals into a coherent thesis, and turning uncertain opportunities into product roadmaps, prototypes, and execution plans.
A few proof points: my hardware venture raised $16M and grew a global community of 100,000 members; Ownership Foundation, which I co-founded, raised $30M in 15 minutes. The research side compounds too — analyzing 1,000+ crypto projects a year led me to distill CNL (Cycle–Narrative–Liquidity), an investment framework born in crypto's compressed market cycles and applicable to any market where capital, narratives, and liquidity interact.
