To make these pomegranate ice cubes, you need: An ice cube tray 3/4 cup fresh cranberries 1 orange, chopped 3 sprigs fresh rosemary 1 1/2 cups pomegranate juice (I used @pomwonderful). You can substitute for sweetened cranberry juice if you’d like! Prosecco Fill your ice cube tray with the cranberries, orange pieces, and rosemary. Carefully pour pomegranate juice on top. Cover and freeze overnight. When you are ready to make your drinks, add 3-4 cubes to a glass and top off with Prosecco!
