Chocolate Fudge Cake 2 eggs ½ cup white sugar ½ cup brown sugar 1/3 cup oil ½ cup yogurt 2tsp vanilla 1cup flour 1/3cup cocoa powder 1tsp baking soda 1/2tsp baking powder 1/4tsp salt 1/2cup hot coffee FROSTING: 5tbsp butter, softened 180g chocolate 2/3 cup cream 1tsp vanilla 2tbsp cocoa 3 cups icing sugar Preheat oven to 180C. Whisk eggs with sugars and all the liquid ingredients, except coffee. Whisk dry ingredients in a separate bowl and sift into the egg batter. Whisk till just mixed through. Gently whisk in the coffee. Pour into an oiled and paper lined 8’ square tin, tap the tin on the counter to release air bubbles and bake for 30-35 minutes of till a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with very crumbs attached.
