Check out this custom order! I got a request to make a pink, purple, and gold marbled silk scarf in the fleur-de-lis pattern. Easier said than done, believe me! This intricate pattern is very finicky and requires high contrast between bands of color. I tweaked the tones in the pinks and purples to get enough variety in the colors to give form in the shapes of the little florets. The metallic gold appears as tiny little threads of shimmer within the weave of the motif. There is a subtle sparkl...
