The complex begins (after a proper warm-up!) with the athlete standing with the bar on the ground in front of them. Barbell should be loaded with the starting weight. Clean (any type) then Shoulder-to-Overhead (Thruster is allowed). Move directly into the Front Squat. Then, directly into the final Shoulder-to-Overhead (again, Thruster is allowed). Score is the heaviest load successfully lifted for the entire complex, without letting go of the barbell.
