Peel 2-3 carrots and cut them into sticks.
Put them into a bowl 
add 1/2 tablespoons of olive oil 
and season with your seasoning of choice 
Mix well
Add a tbsp of cornstarch and mix again 
Until evenly coated 
Put in the airfryer for 20 minutes 
In the meantime, mix Greek yogurt
mustard and some seasoning together. 
Now you have a quick and crispy  fiber rich snack 
which satisfies your salty cravings
