If you’ve ever made a tart or pie shell, you already know how to make samosa dough. Let’s do it.  Serving Size - 12 samosas Ingredients: 2.5 cups of all purpose flour - maida 2 tsp carom seeds - ajwain ½ tsp salt  3 ½ tblsp ghee - ghyo 1 ¼ - 1 ½ cups of cold water* *depending on where you live and the humidity levels, the amount of water you need can go up or down 1-2 tablespoons. Add the water slowly a few tablespoons at a time.  Follow the directions in the video for kneading the dough."
