Ingredients:
1 pork loin fillet, salt & pepper
600ml water
20g dashi kombu
Handful of bonito flakes
1 tbsp mirin, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp sugar
1/4 sliced onions

1.  Dashi broth:  Put dashi kombu into warm water, let it sit for 20 minutes, bring to boil then remove, add bonito flakes, simmer for 10 minutes, filter.
2.  Tenderize pork loin fillet, season with salt & pepper.
3.  Heat oil to 320 degrees, fry each side for 3 minutes.
4.  Take it out & let it rest for 3 minutes.
5.  Heat oil to 355 degrees, fry in & out until golden, slice.
6.  Into a small pan, add & mix dashi broth, mirin, soy sauce, sugar.
7.  Add sliced onions, bring to boil & simmer for a few minutes.
8.  Place pork Bonito Flakes, Dashi Broth, Pork Cutlet, Japanese Recipe, Master Board, Pork Cutlets, Rice Bowl, Pork Loin, Rice Bowls
