Modify it and try it with your own pace

1. Deep squat-spinal waves : Feel free to adjust your legs. It can be wider or more narrow. The more you place your hands far from your legs, the more challenging it gets with the hip. 

2. Pigeon-side lunge : No need to go to the full pigeon. Your hip doesn’t have to be on the floor completely in both pigeon and side lunges.

3. Side lunges-lunge twist : Try to stabilize the front leg in lunge pose as moving into the side lunge transition.
