Our van’s ceiling panels are 5mm plywood (approximately ⅛ inch) which is lightweight and flexible enough to easily match the van roof’s curve. The majority of the installation was not too difficult, with the main point being accurate cuts of the plywood. Our big question mark going into the process was how to finish the back and front panels where they meet awkward van spots.
