Ingredients And Method 🌻🌻
Makes10-12 pudas
Wheat flour -2 cup sieved
Crushed jaggery -2 cup
Coarsely ground fennel seeds -1 tbsp
Water-2 cup
Oil or ghee-2 tbsp for cooking.
🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻
Mix wheat flour and fennel seeds.
Mix jaggery and water in a separate bowl,keep aside for half an hour.
Strain the jaggery water and mix with flour. Whisk it well ,so that no lumps are there.
Cover and keep aside for 30 minutes.
Grease the tava or pan 
Spread the puda like a chila ,cook on medium heat.
Cook from both sides,
Enjoy with kheer
