Ingredients: For Cornbread Poppers: 1 cup yellow cornmeal, 1/2 cup all-purpose flour, 1/4 cup sugar, 2 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 cup milk, 1/4 cup melted butter, 2 tbsp honey, 1 egg, 1/2 cup corn kernels For Honey Butter Glaze: 1/4 cup melted butter, 2 tbsp honey Instructions: Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a mini muffin tin. Mix cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Combine milk, butter, honey, and egg in another bowl. Add wet to dry ingredients; fold in corn. Fill muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake 12–15 mins until golden. Mix butter and honey for glaze, and brush over warm poppers.
