You’ll need: 2 cups of canned chickpeas, 1 tsp Salt, 3 tbsp lemon juice, 3 cloves of garlic 1/4 cup olive oil, 3 tbsp tahini, 5 to 6 ice cubes. 1. Boil the chickpeas with 1 tsp of bicarbonate of soda to remove the skin easily. 2. Blend with ice cubes rather than water - this will help the hummus fluff up.
