Cinnamon homemade apple bread: amazingly moist and flavorful!! I added 1/4 tsp salt, 2T chopped pecans, used a Granny Smith apple, almond milk, half wheat and half a.p. flour, cut recipe in half and used two mini loaf pans and baked 35 mins. Would definitely make this again. Made 4/5/16
