This is something that will help boost our immunity as well as activate the body’s natural metabolism. keeping us detoxified keeping our hair skin and nails looking bright and also making sure that our gut. Nice and clean, or at least, has the good bacteria right We wanna support the good bacteria in our gut so all these things contribute to this all this. what’s going on here so what you are going to need is ginger turmeric black pepper pineapple coconut water and a little bit of lemon juice, but always what’s your name where you coming from and are you looking to have a booster shot that will be like a. Powerhouse for your body, Some people say it’s a little bit spicy. Some people say it is a little bit um I don’t don’t know I don’t know if there’s not like a good word for that um but this is our pineapple ginger shot. So there’s a couple different ways you can do this. We are going to put all these ingredients inside of a blender, then we’re either going to use a cheese cloth. A strainer. This is like a pasta strainer, so you can get very creative with how we do this or you can just. Eat all the pulp. It really doesn’t matter um it just depends on how sensitive your stomach is to those kinds of things because it is fresh, ginger and turmeric. So there’s a lot of different flavors plus the pineapple has the good acid in it, but it also it still does have some acid in it. So let’s get into how we make this right so our pineapple Ginger shot first thing we need a cup of coconut water so cup of coconut water and we can definitely need a blender. So this is a simple blender you can use like a ninja or NutriBullet you have. I mean it’s really very simple. So cup of coconut water pouring that in make. Make a mess they we’re doing a cup of pineapple. I’m using fresh pineapple. you can use frozen pineapple, but if you do just beware that you’re gonna need a powerful blender because they’re gonna get stuck and it’s gonna make this awful noise. I’ve done it before believe me from experience you don’t wanna do that. so if you do use frozen pineapple, leave it out for a little bit. Um you’re gonna have a cup of pineapple so it’s gonna be like maybe I mean if you feel if you fill up a cup kinda gets weird if you have some of the on there or something like the middle part that’s harder um or if you just have like the straight fruit, it’s probably like ten pieces ish, you know depends on how how. Cut so pop that in there cup of that pineapple doing one tablespoon of ginger so ginger really is an amazing way to boost immunity because it gives all these great antioxidants and it has such a great flavor. I mean I love ginger, but some people think it’s a little aggressive. if it is too much, you can go half eat half that tablespoon then we’re also going a teaspoon of turmeric turmeric is an amazing way to support healthy gut bacteria, but you wanna know what makes. Orange powerhouse even better black pepper so if you ever see any supplements to say turmeric post biore turmeric is biore is pretty much turmeric plus black pepper What black pepper does is actually help the turmeric be more bio available in your body. That’s a fancy word for saying black pepper This thing makes this thing work better in your body. That’s all you need to know so just maybe a dash of black pepper. then you’re gonna go a. Spoon or half tablespoon if you’re not really a lemon juice lover of lemon juice, and if you have actually fresh lemons, just take a half of lemon and squeeze it in as much as you can, I will put your hand over it cuz you don’t want the seeds in there So we’ve got this. It’s orange. We got the yellow now what we’re gonna do is definitely put the top on very, very tight and look you see this hole close that close it would make a huge mess If not so here we go. Put it on there, lock it in bare with me with this noise 30 seconds to a minute and then you’re gonna get something that looks like this. but let’s do this ready. It’s loud you need to shake it a little bit because that pineapple like its stuff shaking it getting that awesome kind of yellowish tint. Okay, so you might have some chunks of this pineapple still in there, but the key is there’s two ways you can do this like I said, you can strain it so you’re not getting any of the pope or the trunks or anything like that. And that’s what this is here. You have a little bit of Froth on the top, but that’s just all liquid. You do that by either putting like a cheese cloth or a strainer or if you don’t have anything you need creative. This is a trainer you can use it from the side. So if I do this, I’m gonna just gonna get out that lemon juice that I was. Playing with you guys in the beginning, so if you do this, you’re just gonna put on the edge, you can see there’s a sticker on the bottom, so it kind of um keeps it from going everywhere. Take that try not to make a huge mess but you you might make a mess. It’s okay. I know I always make a mess when I do this but you do this it might get so you can see it’s kinda coming down. Getting most of the liquid so I can actually feel some of that pulp coming through and that way you’re not gonna get this huge chunks huge chunks of ginger a huge chunks of uh of pineapple in there, but you’re just gonna be getting the good stuff now. when you do this, you could probably make eight to ten shots if I’m saying, like an ounce is a shot uh you can put this in the fridge. you can put them in a like like a Tupperware or keep it in here. Okay and don’t strain all of it it just strain some and then you’re gonna see all of. On the bottom so that was all of that. so we’re getting the liquid and that’s that’s a lot right. so that’s a lot it is. It’s actually delicious cuz it’s the sweetness of the pineapple offsets the aggressive nature of straight fresh ginger because it’s strong. but there’s a reason why it’s strong. It’s strong because it’s helping detox the body so super simple You can have this in the morning when you wake up and it really helps clean the digestive system. get your body ready for the day or before you go to bed because if you add just a tiny bit of honey to this as well, it can actually stabilize your blood sugar throughout the night so um often times women going through menopause. love hot flashes or.
