Extra curricular

Being connected and memorable moments

Outside of the hurly-burly of our digital work we like to come together to celebrate each other’s company, be that scaling mountains, sitting round fires roasting marshmallows or helping a local charity paint their fences. Keeping it human.

Building a culture of creativity, autonomy and responsibility is important to us because we know that a motivated and engaged team will deliver for our clients. We know we don’t always get it right but we try and use the following working principles to guide us in our day to day working life.

Be excellent to each other

You will always go that extra step to achieve a great result and inspire others in doing so. You keep on going when the going gets tough and you’d rather leave a bit late than leave something in a bad place.
