Alexander Hamiltonius,[1] vel Alexander Hamilton (Carolopolite Sanctorum Kitts et Nevis, 11 Ianuarii 1755 vel 1757—Novi Eboraci, 12 Iulii 1804), unus ex Conditoribus Civitatum Foederatarum, fuit Americanus miles, iurisconsultus, vir rerum civilium peritus, vir oeconomiae peritus, vir reipublicae peritissimus, revolutionarius, et primus Secretarius Thesauri Civitatum Foederatarum.
Fuit legatus populi in legislatura Novi Eboraci? et Congressu Civitatum Foederatarum sub Capitibus Confoederationis. Series libellorum The Federalist pro Constitutione Civitatum Foederatarum cum Ioanne Jay et Iacobo Madison conscripsit.
Condidit Argentaria Novi Eboraci; Monetam Civitatum Foederatarum (United States Mint); Prima Civitatum Foederatarum Argentaria (First Bank of the United States); "Systema Navium Actuariarum," postea Revenue Cutter Service, nunc Custodes Litoris Civitatum Foederatarum (United States Coast Guard); Factionem Foederalistam; et diurnum New-York Evening Post, nunc New York Post.[2][3] Fuit secretarius et postea praeses Noveboracensis Manumissionis Societatis (McManus 1966:168).
