My work focuses on accessibility as both a technical responsibility and a reflection of care and dignity for all people. Grounded in my experience as a blind, autistic, and chronically ill user, I advocate for systems that are humane, predictable, and inclusive.

What I Focus On #

Accessibility & Usability Testing: Professional evaluation of software and digital tools, identifying the real-world barriers that automated testing often misses.
Low-Cognitive-Load Systems: Developing and promoting designs that respect a user’s sensory needs and mental energy.
Self-Paced Systems Learning: Building technical literacy through Python, Linux systems (openSUSE on WSL), and CLI-driven workflows, with an emphasis on keyboard-centric tools that work with screen readers.
Faith-Informed Advocacy: Approaching technology and disability rights through a lens of service and spiritual exploration, currently focused on broader Christian history and Gnosticism.
Documenting Barriers: Writing about recurring accessibility challenges in games and interactive media to help developers build better experiences for multiply disabled players.

I Built a Word Predictor for NVDA Because the Existing One Didn't Work for Me

The existing word prediction tools don’t work with NVDA. So I built my own add-on that predicts words using n-gram analysis, announces them through NVDA’s speech engine, and works inside the screen reader instead of against it.
