Listen bub, us North American River otters can be engineers, too. It’s just that societal structures that hold many of my fellow species back. I don’t appreciate the generalizations.
I would beg to differ:
Semiconductors work by having electrical conductivity that can be controlled and modified, allowing them to act as either conductors or insulators depending on conditions. This is achieved through a process called doping, where impurities are added to the semiconductor material, creating regions that can conduct electricity more easily.

Oh of course. Trying to guess the wild logic behind it.
Maybe a default number to have in for the temperature when location isn’t set? Would then probably assume fahrenheit where 75 is just a warm day.
otter@lemmy.zipOPto Watches@lemmy.ml•Question: Can someone help me with what the complications on this watch are for?English2·4 个月前The top is functional as a 24 hr and the left as a 12 hr. For whatever reason the face of those doesn’t match the function ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
otter@lemmy.zipOPto Watches@lemmy.ml•Question: Can someone help me with what the complications on this watch are for?English2·4 个月前Looks to be about the case. The buttons cause what appears to be a 1/24 and 1/12 in the top and left respectively. So I think that is what is going on, but the numbers just don’t make any sense to me…
Edit: After playing with a bit I think that’s exactly what’s going on. For some reason the 24 hour face is two blocks of ten which twice decimal time. Very odd, but that does seem to be what’s happening. And the 12 hour on the left just has the minute numbers for a hand that only does hours.
otter@lemmy.zipOPto Watches@lemmy.ml•Question: Can someone help me with what the complications on this watch are for?English3·4 个月前It doesn’t appear to be a chronograph. The bottom one moves in time with the minutes. The buttons on top and bottom seem to be in line with the idea of a 24 hour on top and a 12 hour on the left by causing them to move forward/backward by about 1/24 and 1/12 of a rotation respectively. I’m very confused as to what the numbers mean in this case.
Yeah… I want to host mail, but I loath the idea of hosting my own mail.
