I would love being able to pay for amazing Linux software. Don’t think having zero on the price tag is helping Linux, but maybe that’s just me. You pay with your time, not with your money.

Otherwise, Linux is the endgame, so it’s a matter of talking to the person to see what software is essential for them.
I hope the internet hasn’t peaked yet. Early days were cool, although much more cumbersome than what we have today. The biggest positive was people pursuing what they were passionate about instead of just being here because it came with the phone and other people are here as well, I guess.

I can confirm that the default remote desktop on Ubuntu 25.1 doesn’t work at least.
So what’s not working in wayland? Screenshots? Remote desktop? Screen recording? Display in general?
