Transforming businesses, one customer at a time
“Our ticket resolution process expedited after implementing AskArwa. The turnaround time for closing HR, IT, and finance tickets has reduced, improving the employee experience.”
Makeen KhanChief Information Officer
“We chose Leena AI because of their willingness to work with us on complex use cases across our information systems. The solutions they presented clearly stood out compared to others we evaluated. Our go-live was seamless, with smooth integrations into SharePoint, Infor, our Learning Management System, and ERP. Today, our users enjoy a consistent experience no matter where they interact with their AI Colleague. We’re excited to see what comes next.”
Chris DickermanDirector, Workforce Experience
“We were looking for a solution for ticketing. What we found was that most others added AI on top of their systems—whereas Leena AI was built as a native AI solution. Initially, success for us meant getting the right case to the right person. But after exploring what Leena AI could do, we redefined success as avoiding the creation of unnecessary cases altogether. Leena AI showed us we could resolve over 70% of questions in real time for our global workforce—and that was very intriguing to us.”
Michael ManningVP, HR Data & Innovation
“We started with the idea of deploying a digital assistant that is readily available to help the employees with all their IT queries. Now, we are planning to integrate more automation scripts, and minimize the dependence on engineers for basic IT support. This will improve the turnaround time for employees, improve the efficiency of the IT team and help us realize the full potential of the Leena AI platform.”
