  Sleek but forgettable, "Perfect Plan" is a TV-quality thriller that may hold its audience's attention for a small percentage of the film's running time. About a real estate scam and associated murders, the story is rife with melodrama and lackluster plot beats. The production is suitable for the material, and the cast does its best; but the cinema is mediocre at best. The results are not intolerable, but they are never enjoyable.

  this was BAD and got even worse when I saw the villain was Nathan from Haven. not that he’s bad, I just didn’t want to see this whole movie happening. but for emily rose, I sure as hell did it.

  I kept forgetting this was supposed to be in Chicago. It looks nothing like Chicago. Really predictable, but the ending was pretty entertaining and kind of made no sense... they had to explain what were idiotic plot through exposition.

  Whatever, Lucas Bryant plays a great sociopath though.

  For a B movie, it wasn’t too bad.  The plot was actually okay.  The actors were pretty good.  The one caveat I have is that the musical score for this film is basically someone pushing different cell phone ring tones over and over.
