Live is prepaid, by the minute
The browser microphone and the meeting bots consume live minutes. 16 minutes offered with your subscription, then a pack bought once and used over 12 months. Premium and Business only.
One minute of live costs one language-minute; each translation you switch on adds one per minute. Packs are used oldest first.

Questions
What does "unlimited" mean exactly?
You are never billed per minute on your files, summaries or chat. On Premium, transcription stops at 30 hours in the month. Everything else, and all of Business, is unlimited within a fair-use policy defined in our terms of service, which nobody reaches with normal work. If you do, the feature pauses until next month and we talk.
I only have one big file to transcribe, do I need a subscription?
No. The Free plan can buy a 5-hour pack for €10, in one payment. The hours add to the 2 monthly hours and stay valid for 12 months.
What is a language-minute?
The unit for live transcription. One minute of live speech transcribed in its original language costs 1. Each live translation you switch on adds 1 per minute. A one-hour meeting transcribed and translated into two languages uses 180 language-minutes, that is 3 hours from your pack.
What counts as a seat in Business?
A seat is a member who can upload media or start a live transcription. Members who only read, comment or search are free. Usage is pooled across the team, however it is split between people.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly, or from Premium to Business?
Yes, from your organization's billing page. Changing plan is prorated. Changing period or cancelling is done in the billing portal and takes effect at the end of the current period.
What happens to my live minutes if I cancel?
Live packs are independent from the subscription. Minutes you bought stay valid 12 months after purchase, but using them requires an active Premium or Business plan.
I am a public body and cannot pay by card.

Is the events mode included in Business?
No. Business covers your team's files, the meeting bots and the live microphone. Multiple rooms, AV feeds, scheduling and public pages belong to the live events offer, on quote. See the live events page.
