Easy Returns & Exchanges

As we aim to please, we do accept Returns and Exchanges at Linnea Lund, within 14 days after reception of the product for orders that have been placed online.

For the order in store, only exchanges are allowed.

The returns are offered within Europe. Outside Europe, returns are free if there is an exchange, or charged 35€ for a refund.

No refund, returns or exchanges for embroidered or custom-made products.

As all of our products are custom made and sensitive we kindly ask you to send back a product that hasn't be damaged or washed.
