Farrell Fritz Partner Domenique Camacho Moran is an employment lawyer who litigates employment disputes of all types before federal and state courts, arbitration tribunals and administrative agencies in New York. An accomplished problem-solver, Moran provides sophisticated counsel to owners, leadership and c-suite executives at startup companies, closely held and middle-market businesses, educational organizations and nonprofit agencies. She brings her extensive experience navigating the federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations that govern the employer-employee relationship. 

Moran is an invaluable strategic resource for clients as they manage daily operations, make critical business decisions and seek dispute resolution. Clients appreciate her ability to distill their goals and needs, mitigate potential problems, provide strategies for best business practices and stay ahead of important changes in the law. As an advocate and litigator, Moran serves as lead counsel for complex employment lawsuits, representing management in jury trials and hearings before federal and state courts, arbitrations and administrative proceedings. 

As a trial lawyer, Moran has first-chaired trials and arbitrations to conclusion. She defends matters related to Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the New York Labor Law and the New York Human Rights Law, among others. While an effective trial lawyer, she is highly capable of bringing disparate parties to agreement, resolving problems in productive and complete ways. 

Moran holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Notre Dame Law School.
