Biography

[edit]

Despite being most known for his Mewtwo (thanks in part to his combo video), he also possesses a Marth. It was his Marth that led him to a 3rd place finish at GENESIS 2, defeating Dr. Peepee, Hax, and Mango along the way. He lost to Armada in winners finals, then lost to Mango in losers finals and forfeited the game three match during the best of 5 set.

He and fellow Arizona native Forward were the first team to defeat the famed team of Ken and Isai, though the Arizona team lost the rematch in grand finals.

Although the recordings were supposedly lost, Taj defeated both Ken and ChuDat at a biweekly hosted at Ken's house, when both players were considered to be the best in the United States, if not the world.[1]

He then entered a semi-retired state, occasionally commentating and entering local events, and entering doubles at nationals with fellow Arizona natives.

In July 2020, he was accused of sexual harassment.[2] Chelly, the accuser, then posted saying that Taj and her had had a conversation and that she believed the situation was now settled.[3]
