Do I have to stop using Lovable?

No. Most clients keep building features in Lovable after we harden the app. We work in the same GitHub repo that Lovable syncs to, so your changes and ours live in one history, and you can keep prompting the way you do now.
What do you need from me to start the audit?

Access to the GitHub repo your Lovable project syncs to, and to your backend: either your own Supabase project or, if you are on Lovable Cloud, a call where you show us the Cloud settings. The audit tells you what is wrong and what fixing it would involve before any refactor work starts.
How long does it take?

A full production refactor typically takes 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the size and state of the codebase. The audit in step 1 gives you the exact timeline for your app before you commit to the rest.
How much does it cost?

MVP Starter starts at $500 and Full Production at $2,500. Lovable Cloud to Supabase migrations have their own fixed prices by table count. Everything is listed on the pricing page, and ongoing maintenance retainers start at $1,000 a month.
Do I need every step?

No. The five steps are the full path. Plenty of apps only need the audit and a backend move, and native conversion is only for apps that need to be in the App Store or Google Play. We tell you which steps your app needs after the audit.
My app is on Lovable Cloud. Where does that fit?

Moving from Lovable Cloud to your own Supabase project usually happens early, in step 2, because it gives you the dashboard, backups, the service role key and a clear bill. It is also available on its own as a fixed-price migration.
