Klub omladine Črnomerec (skraćeno KOČ), popularno zvan Vrhovec, smješten u jednoj dvokatnici u brdovitoj ulici na adresi Vrhovec 5. Nalikovala je kući duhova iz osme epizode Alana Forda, ali u njoj nije bilo Baby Kate, agenta Larrigana i ostalih opakih duhova, već su njome vladala razigrana braća Ivan i Štef Tenšek, porijeklom iz Bedekovčine, koji su spontano odlučili klub otvoriti novim strujanjima.
