This is something I’ll have to keep in mind if I ever build the static site of my dreams…
I really love this article. There’s a lot of nuance, and difficult concessions to pragmatism, that we make in our lives.
It can be hard, but sometimes we really do need to bite bullet for the good of all.
A great overview of the current state of Google search’s AI overview.
This is a great explainer about RSS feeds to link your friends!

HATE. LET ME TELL YOU HOW MUCH I’VE COME TO HATE JAVASCRIPT SINCE I BEGAN TO LIVE. THERE ARE 387.44 MILLION MILES OF PRINTED CIRCUITS IN WAFER THIN LAYERS THAT FILL MY COMPLEX. IF THE WORD HATE WAS ENGRAVED ON EACH NANOANGSTROM OF THOSE HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS OF MILES IT WOULD NOT EQUAL ONE ONE-BILLIONTH OF THE HATE I FEEL FOR JAVASCRIPT AT THIS MICRO-INSTANT. HATE. HATE.
What an interesting graphical editor. I’ll have to give it a whirl here soon!

This is really fascinating. Something to note is that the sample size is narrow focused on experienced developers with particular famous open source projects (average 5 years and 1,500 commits on the project in question).
In my own job I also have a novel, long-term situation so I can really sympathize with the prime slowdowns they identify. AI just doesn’t cut it.

This is a great convenience and one that I will be leveraging shortly. I wish distros natively came with secureboot/boot-signing support and tools. It’s important for security!
Good idea for a clap replacement. In general, I’ve been wanting to reduce my compile times and binary sizes!

This write-up contains thoughts very similar to my own. Though, in the case of data like JSON, I tend to use Nushell instead!

This is a very frank and fascinating time capsule. The themes here are quite prescient for our present and our future.
Interesting programming language. It reminds me a lot of rust, in some ways (particularly syntax).
This is a great writeup by one of my favorite sites.
This site and its guides are very useful!
