deSEC is a free DNS hosting service, designed with security in mind.
DNSViz is a tool for visualizing the status of a DNS zone. It was designed as a resource for understanding and troubleshooting deployment of the DNS Security Extensions (DNSSEC). It provides a visual analysis of the DNSSEC authentication chain for a domain name and its resolution path in the DNS namespace, and it lists configuration errors detected by the tool. When a domain name is sent to Zonemaster for testing, Zonemaster investigates the state of the domain name from the top to the bottom of the DNS tree. This is usually done by examining DNS data from the root, ‘.’, to the Top-Level Domain (TLD) for that domain name, like ‘.net’, and then finally through the DNS servers that contain authoritative information about the specified domain name.
