I just want all three of them to be all not having a great time.

And then fuck to try and forget about it. Everyone is hurting and they’re trying to be comfort to one another but with mixed results.

Possible directions not limited to:

-Moenbryda is allowed to live again for one night

-weird ghost sex in the aetherial sea

-Moenbryda lives AU, and they’re all angsty about completely unrelated things

I want to see Emet-Selch, Elidibus, and Lahabrea absolutely miserable and trying to find what solace they can in each other’s (borrowed) bodies.

Especially delicious: it reminds them more of what they’ve lost and all they’ve given up rather than any kind of hope for the future.

Extra bonus: if you manage to incorporate weird Zodiark sex, I will throw flowers at your feet!

I want him drunk and miserable, anons. This can be Allagan era, Emperor Solus era, Shadowbringers era — basically any time post-sundering. I don’t care if he’s specifically upset about the loss of Amaurot and his friends, the loss of his favorite son, something else, all of the above, and I don’t care who tries to comfort him or how as long as it only makes him feel worse.

OP is partial to f!Azem and past relationships with both her and Hyth, if going into the grief/loss is your thing, but prefers no Emet/WoL. Bonus points for a contentious or outright hostile relationship between him and Lahabrea. If you really love me, you can make him throw up at some point.

They’ve come a long way thanks to being forcibly thrown together like two angsty, drenched cats in Abyssos, but more or less a decade of avoidance and festering loathing doesn’t just vanish overnight. Making up for lost time turns into the two of them bickering as ever, and Lahabrea is forced to face the harsh reality that he doesn’t quite know his son at all, always insisting on treating him as a weak, dependent child, even as he stands before him now as a man. Mutually wounded and raw from all that’s happened with Pandaemonium, the two knock horns perhaps even harder than they had before - and to make matters worse, Lahabrea finds it all the harder to see his son’s eyes narrowed in anger, glowing their fulgent red, and not be reminded of the same passion that had filled his mother’s.

Canon Character has feelings for WoL, but are forced to watch the captured WoL get assaulted and all the angst that follows. Aymeric & the Heavensward, EstiniHogg, or G’raha & Emet-Selch spring to mind as examples, but let’s be honest, the WoL has pissed a lot of people off and the possibilities are endless!

Hurt/Comfort is fine, but I would love to see the hopes of a relationship burn in the fires of guilt and trauma >:)

Gaius’ Au-Ra adoptees are having a bad time. They were taken in by a Garlean legatus, but they’re not pure Garlean, and they’re being used as sacrificial test subjects by a confirmed child abuser and possibly an implied sexual predator. Their “dad” who is at least partially responsible for the deaths of their birth families and the razing of their homes - and what are their feelings about THAT? - isn’t around to protect them any more, so all they have left is each other.

Valdeaulin’s the one who found Gaius and nursed him back to health despite wanting to kill him, and I am displeased we never got to see how that went for the two of them. H/C is always rife with sexual tension even when you don’t have deep angst and enmity in the mix.

Gaius and Midas as lovers, as Gaius realizes that his beloved Scientist, father of his ward/adopted son, has been somehow Tempered. He can either betray his lover, or his nation. Wreck him with conflict sex, break him with divided loyalties. Make it hurt good.

As the architect of Allag and generally feeling a strong sense of ownership regarding all things of Allag, Emet-Selch generally treats anything connected to the empire as possessions. This includes the Exarch, who frankly, really likes being treated like a play thing for a more powerful person. (If you can’t have the WOL their foil is still a pretty good substitute.) Dominance, ownership, maybe a side of breeding kink (Going to fuck a new empire right out of your Royal Blood somehow) and delicious angst because lbr, they’re both thinking about the WOL while they fuck.

Did they meet in canon? No! But they both attended the Studium in Sharlayan and they are both aetherology experts. They could have reasonably met for a lecture or a paper research and one thing led to another…

Bonus points for Moenbryda angst, even more points for a possible pseudoincest angle (Mikoto’s field note says that she has a twin sister that used to be an archon, but she got expelled by the Forum because she criticized their methods and she’s described as “headstrong and forthright.” I could see Mikoto recognizing a glimpse of her estranged sister in Y’sthola)
