Neat ways to ignore files in git!

Quick walkthrough for taking an existing repo that hasn’t touched LFS and pulling select files into it. Useful for some of my very old school projects and the like.

Solutions for slow git ops when in WSL2, working out of git projects stored in Windows dirs.

Fleshgrinder’s comment near the bottom seems to be the best overall fix.
